Equipment etc.
I have three separate systems: 1000L (mostly SPS), 1400L (LPS and SPS), and 750L (SPS only).
For main tank (about 1000L) I use 5 flow pumps EcoTech Vortech MP40 (3 pumps work for wave), Royal Exclusiv Red Dragon® 5 ECO 130 Watt return pump, ATI LED-Powermodule 8×80 Watt T5 + 4×75 Watt LED, skimmer Royal Exclusiv Bubble King® Double Cone 250, Deltec Fleece Filter VF 8000 (not constantly), I use Oceamo DUO system with Regulator A and Regulator O, for dosing I use GHL dosing pump (before I used calcium reactor). To control some parameters (pH, kH, etc…) I use GHL ProfiLux 4 + KH-Director.
For frag tank (about 1400L) I use 5 EcoTech Vortech MP40, Royal Exclusiv Red Dragon® 5 ECO 130 Watt return pump, 2 Ecotech Radion XR30 G4 PRO, 4 Ecotech Radion XR30 G6 Pro , 2 Ecotech Radion XR15 G6 Blue, skimmer Royal Exclusiv Bubble King® Double Cone 300. For this tank I also use Oceamo DUO system with Regulator A and Regulator O, for dosing I use Kamoer F4 Pro V2.
For “SPS only” tank (about 750L) I use 4 flow pumps EcoTech Vortech MP40, Jebao MDP-10000 return pump, ATI LED-Powermodule 8×39 Watt T5 + 2×75 Watt LED, skimmer Royal Exclusiv Bubble King® Double Cone 250, I use Oceamo DUO system with Regulator A and Regulator O, for dosing I use Kamoer F4 Pro V2.
Feeding & care
I use Fauna Marin Professional sea salt and make frequent small water changes (5-10L every day, or 10-20L ones per 2-3 days). KorallenZuht ZEObac (or TwoLittleFishes Bactiv8® NPX, or Fauna Marin Bacto Blend) weekly.
I’m feeding my fishes a lot (sometimes I feed corals also)! For fish I use food from Vitalis (Algae Flakes, Marine Flakes, Platinum Marine Flakes), for corals I use different foods.
I have algae filters (refugium) for my tanks with AI Prime Fuge – Refugium 14-LED lighting (20.30 – 9.00).
Live rocks for aquascape in main tank and some live rocks in the sumps.
Parameters water
I check PO4, kH and NO3, so, if necessary, I change the feeding or dosing of elements (Oceamo DUO system with Regulator A and Regulator O). Parameters in my tanks – kH = 7.5-8.0, PO4 = 0.07-0.12 (max 0,15), NO3 = 8-15 (max 20), Ca = 430-460, Mg = 1300-1360.
Sometimes I make ICP tests from Oceamo Lab to check all parameters (ICP-MS Seawater Analysis, Organo-MS Analysis). And if something is wrong, I can correct it by adding the necessary trace elements (but this happens very rarely).
Light details
When all light is on, I have 250 PAR on the bottom in the middle of main tank and 50-100 PAR on the bottom left/right side, 250-350 PAR in the middle of the tank and 400-600 PAR at the top of the tank.
Sunrise 8.00 – 12.00, all light 12.00 – 15.00, sunset 15.00 – 21.00.
In my Hybrid lamps I use ATI tubes – 6 Blue Plus, 1 Coral Plus and 1 Purple Plus.
