How to buy?
1 step. You need to download the current collection list in Excel format – Akvantika_collection_240826 (file is updated every week on Monday).
Please, choose the corals that you would like to buy and send me a list of the names in the message by WhatsApp: +38630694515 (message on Facebook, email: akvantika.plus@gmail.com).
2 step. I send you the photo or video frags (WYSIWYG) that you have chosen.
3 step. We agree on a convenient day for shipping corals. I use UPS ISC livestock Express® for EU shipping (24 hours, next day delivery).
Shipping cost to Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France – from 40,00€
Shipping cost to Spain, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Denmark, Belgium – from 50,00€
Shipping cost to all other EU country – from 70,00€
Shipping cost to Slovenia – Pick up ONLY!
I send packages on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. So you will receive your package next day morning on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. We use “Return packaging”, so you will send us back the foam box, bags, rubber bands etc… immediately after receiving the order.
4 step. You pay for your order – Prepayment by bank transfer ONLY!
5 step. You receive the package, are very happy and become my regular customer.
Shipping guarantee (DOA)
I use specific packing for frags in thermo box (heat pack in the cold season), usually frags can be in packages 48 hours without any problems. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you need to send a good photo within 12 hours of delivery. When I receive the photo, we agree on a replacement or store credit for the next order. The store credit does not include the shipping cost. I don’t offer refunds money. I’m not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
